In case you need to ask demographic questions, here are a few that you can add to your next survey:
- What is your age?
- What is your gender?
- What is your ethnicity?
- What is your current relationship status?
- What is the highest level of education that you have completed?
- What is your current employment status?
- What is your current occupation?
- What is your annual household income?
- How many people are currently living in your household? (Please include yourself)
- Where do you live?
Don’t include them all though! Oh, and don’t forget to include the “I prefer not to answer” option too!
