Some people want to jump ahead of the data and take control of the narrative.

My question is: why would anyone want to do that?

If you think that you are doing damage control, you’re not; you are doing a disservice to both your business and yourself.

I get it; it isn’t fun to get unfavorable feedback from customers and users.

But you know what? Nothing’s perfect. Things happen, and that’s OK; it’s life.

What’s important is how you accept and make use of your survey’s feedback; this is what will make the difference.

It’s your decision: will you choose growth? Or will you choose comfort?
