When in doubt, ask.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when decision makers assume and as a marketing consultant, I’ve seen this happen quite often. They get caught by their tunnel vision and lose sight of actionable data.

In my case, I see this as a valuable opportunity to encourage a strong connection between the company and its customers.

Having the ability to talk openly with customers makes everything so much easier. An honest conversation leads to genuine feedback.

And frankly, who wouldn’t want that?
