Gauging The Customer Service Experience

Hey there, how’s it going?

Last week I shared these user experience questions; today, I have some customer service questions for you.

If you can provide an amazing customer service experience, you’ll be able to build a loyal and everlasting bond with your customers.

You can include the following questions on your next customer service survey:

  • How would you describe your recent wait time to speak to a customer service representative?
  • Please rate the level of knowledge of your customer service representative?
  • Please rate the level of professionalism of your customer service representative?
  • Was the customer service representative able to solve your issues?
  • Was the solution offered in a timely manner?
  • Please rate the level of confidence that you have in our customer service department?
  • Overall, how would you describe your recent experience with our customer service department?
  • How likely are you to recommend our company to others?
  • Your feedback is very important. Is there anything else that you would like to share with us?

When was the last time that you ran a customer service survey? If you are planning to run one soon, please feel free get in touch.

Please be safe out there!
